Simcha the Swim Teacher

I hand-drew this from a request at sheezyart of a character from the 90s cartoon, Bobby's World Simcha the swim teacher from the episode "Swim by Me" where Bobby and Uncle Ted had a swim class until this woman had a bit of a crush on Uncle Ted till later in the episode Bobby mananges to dive underwater as he sees Simcha's big feet in the water wiggling her toes.
